After waiting weeks and even months McLaren Macomb finally presented their counter proposal to Local 40. It's pretty sad and insulting as to the depth of their proposal and especially how they feel that it benefits you!!
The 3% increase is accurate but they fail to mention that they want to change the steps from 10 to 14. The changes or new proposal isnt better for US just forTHEM!!! One last comment the VP of HR wants a mediator. Of course she does the mediator which is assigned was the Previous VP HR for McLaren in 2004 . This is the crap that they never tell you. So when you think you are hearing accurate information from McLaren ask yourself "do they really care about US!!

The “U” in Union means US. When RNs refuse to join or be part of the union, it weakens us all. Local 40 has always maintained 97% or more dues paying members. Strength and power is directly related to the members of our Union. Without solidarity and unity, our union will not survive. Tell all non-union members about the importance of our Union and that belonging is important to all of our strength.
